Hi, I’m Surya.
I’m an engineering manager with 10+ years of experience in full stack development. Today I run projects end to end, from architecture and design to delivery.
Over the years I’ve found that the gap between a mid-level engineer and a senior one is rarely about writing more code. It’s about judgment: seeing where a system will fail before it does, making the right trade-off, and bringing stakeholders along with you.
That’s what Surya Tech Hub is about. I teach system design the practical way, share what I’m learning about AI and LLMs as I go deeper into them, and pass on the senior-level skills that nobody writes down.
